Simply loosen the valve, and within about five minutes the mattress will inflate itself. There is an option to speed up the inflation by blowing, which will also achieve the desired firmness. In the initial phase of use, it may be necessary to inflate the mattress with the mouth for proper expansion of the inner foam. After the first two uses, the mattress should be able to take the necessary shape on its own. Its 5cm thickness together with the dimensions of 186 x 53 cm ensures exceptional comfort during sleep or relaxation.
