Processing of personal data
Cookie Policy
Version 2 effective 1 January 2022
This is to inform you about how we collect, use and protect the information you may provide to us through this website.
We use cookies and similar software tools in particular to recognise your user preferences and especially the most popular areas of our website. This information is then used to improve the design of our website in an attempt to further enhance the user experience. Among other things, we use Google Analytics analytical tools and cookies for the same purposes.
1) Functions and use of cookies
Cookies are small files that are stored on your PC, laptop or mobile device by the website you are viewing. We can tell from this, for example, whether a connection has already been made between your terminal device and our website, or which language or other settings you prefer. Please note that cookies may also contain personal data.
The cookie bar that appeared on your browser when you visited our website and this article lists the categories of cookies we use and more information about them. In the cookie bar you can set which cookies you agree to and which you do not. Consent given in this way is deemed to be consent to the processing of personal data in relation to cookies. You can also determine in the settings of your PC or browser whether the browser should allow the website to store cookies on your terminal device.
You can thus browse our website without consenting to the use of cookies (except for so-called necessary cookies, without which the website cannot function properly). That is, you can refuse their use and delete cookies at any time by selecting the appropriate settings on your terminal device. For example, you can do the following:
a) Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically by default. You can change this setting by activating the "do not accept cookies" setting in your browser. You can delete cookies that have already entered your computer at any time. For details on setting this function, please refer to the instructions for your browser or the instructions of the manufacturer of the end device.
b) As with the use of cookies, the refusal or deletion of cookies is dependent on the device used and the browser used. Therefore, you must reject or delete cookies for each of your devices and, if you use multiple browsers, for each browser separately.
However, please note that if you choose not to use cookies, all functions of our website may not be available or individual functions may be available only on a limited basis.
We disclose that we may use third party cookies, specifically Google Analytics for traffic analysis (see below).
You can set your cookie processing settings and individual consents here:

We would like to point out that our privacy policy for the use of our website does not apply to your activities on other providers' websites or social networks that you can access via links from our website. It is therefore necessary to inform yourself on the provider's website or social networking site about their privacy policy and how personal data is processed, etc.

4) Purposes of use
We use the personal data collected when you visit our website to enable you to enjoy the highest degree of comfort in using it and also to protect our information systems against attacks and other unlawful acts by third parties.
If you provide us with additional personal data (e.g. as part of any registration, prize competition, contact form, survey, and also in such cases only if we are permitted to do so by your consent or under applicable law), we use this data for the purposes for which it was provided to us by you and for customer management purposes and, where necessary, for the performance of a contract, always to the extent necessary for this purpose.
Please be advised that you are under no legal or contractual obligation to disclose your personal data to us. However, it is possible that some functions of our website depend on the transmission and processing of your personal data. In these cases, if you do not provide us with your personal data and we cannot process it for this reason, this may result in these functions of the website being unavailable or functioning only to a limited extent.
5) Legal basis for processing

The legitimate interests are in particular: maintaining the functionality of our IT systems, protecting legal claims, etc. In these cases, you can object to the processing (see below).
6) Erasure of your personal data
We inform you that we will delete your personal data without delay after the purpose for which we collected and processed the data has passed. After this period, storage will only continue if required by laws, regulations or other legal provisions of the European Union or the Czech Republic or any other member state of the European Union that apply to us.
The retention and deletion periods for cookies are set out in the cookie bar that appeared on your browser when you visited our website.
7) Transfer of personal data to third parties. Social plugins
We use or may use so-called "Social Plugins" of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Google+ on our website. For your information, we use these social plugins as follows:
When you visit our website, the social plugins are deactivated, i.e. no data is transferred to the operators of these networks. If you would like to use one of these networks, click on the relevant social plug-in to establish a direct connection to the server of the respective network. If you have a user account on that network and are logged in at the time the social plug-in is activated, that network may associate your visit to our website with your user account. To prevent this, log out of the network before activating the social plug-in.
Once you have activated the social plugin, the network will transfer the content made available by this directly to your browser, which will integrate it into our website. In this case, a data transfer may also take place which is initiated and controlled by the respective social network. Your connection to the social network, the data transfer between the network and your system and your interactions on this platform are subject exclusively to the privacy rules of the respective network.
The social plugin will remain active until you deactivate it or delete your cookies. If you click on a link to an offer, personal data may be transferred to providers in countries outside of the European Economic Area that do not guarantee an "adequate level of protection" for the processing of personal data that meets EU standards from a European Union ("EU") perspective. Please take these circumstances into account before clicking on the link, which will trigger the transfer of your data.
8) Evaluation of user data; use of analytical tools
We would like to tailor the content of our website to your interests in order to improve our offer and services for you. In order to identify user preferences and particularly popular areas of the website, we use the following analytical tool, as do most other similar websites: Google Analytics.
When using this analytics tool, data may be transferred to servers located in the USA and processed there. Please note the following: In the USA, there is no "adequate level of protection" for the processing of personal data under European Union law. The transfer is mainly based on standard contractual clauses (SSD), according to the terms and conditions of the provider of the analytics tool.
Google will only use this data for the purposes of evaluating your use of the website and compiling reports on website activity. Google may also disclose this data to third parties if required to do so by law or if third parties process the data for Google. Google will not associate your computer's IP address with any other data held by Google. Detailed information about Google Analytics and data protection is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you do not want us to collect and evaluate information about your visit to our website using the analytics tools mentioned above, you can refuse to do so at any time in the future ("Opt-Out").
Your refusal is implemented by setting an opt-out cookie in your browser. This cookie is used solely to identify your objection. Please note that for technical reasons the opt-out cookie is only functional in the browser in which it has been set. If you delete the cookie or use a different browser or a different terminal device, you must opt-out again.
You can prevent the transmission of your data and its collection and processing by Google. Google informs you about this at the following link: Google Analytics opt-out
User-oriented information (targeting and retargeting)
In order to better tailor our online marketing (e.g. banner advertising) on the websites of our retargeting partners to your needs and interests, we use so-called retargeting technologies. In doing so, your interest in our products and services is stored in cookies. These cookies are loaded and used when you visit other websites that work with our retargeting partners so that you can be informed in the best possible way according to your interests. This is done anonymously, i.e. it is not possible to identify you through retargeting.
If you do not want us and our retargeting partners to collect, store and analyse information about your visit and to tailor banner advertising to your interests, you can refuse this at any time (Opt-Out).
For the technical implementation of this objection, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie serves exclusively to identify your objection. Please note that the opt-out cookie can only be used for technical reasons for the browser from which it was set. If you delete the cookie or use a different browser or a different terminal device, you must opt-out again.
9) Method and principles for processing personal data
We will process personal data manually or automatically through authorised employees or through specialist companies. Personal data is stored in a secure manner. We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data that we manage against manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons.
We declare that any processing of the data subject's personal data, or any necessary transfer thereof, will be carried out fully respecting the privacy of the data subject and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the applicable data protection legislation.
10) Further information on the processing of personal data
Further information regarding the general processing of your personal data, including information about your rights and the possibilities of exercising them, is provided in the general Personal Data Processing Policy, available on our website.
