The distinctive PB335-ZL paddleboard is made of high-quality triple-layer PVC with a thickness of 0.65 mm. This makes the float exceptionally durable and promises a long life even under heavier loads. The individual layers of PVC are separated by a reinforcing fabric which increases the float's rigidity and dimensional stability under full load. The fabric also increases mechanical resistance to cuts or punctures.

Three-layer construction of this type is common on higher end paddleboards and is an ideal compromise between strength, durability and light weight.
